CONTINUOUS BELT DRYER ( GCBD )

Used For Dehydration Of Little Wet Products At Preset Time And Temperature And reduction of micro organisms. Drying unit is furnished with axial fans to maintain Flow and air circulation thru product mat. Each section is supplied with steel heat exchangers for max air flow. Continuous belt dryers are designed as follows:
1) The temperature can be controlled independently through a thermostatic control system.
2) Each section includes the main heating supply stainless heat exchanger for steam and two pieces of heat exchangers as a spare.
3) Each conveyor is supplied with a driven cylindrical brush, where the belt surface is cleaned from sticky products.
